Do you ever just hold her/his hand and wonder when life got so beautiful? Do you look at the sunset like it’s the first you have ever seen and are so overwhelmed by it all that you feel like crying a little but you can’t get this stupid grin off of your face? Do you wake up with her smell on your pillow and her warm body next to you and hold her close to you to make sure you aren’t dreaming? Do you close your eyes and thank whatever deity there is out there for this little piece of perfection? Do you feel like a god, a giant, a lucky bastard when she gets on the tip of her toes to kiss you? Do you make love first thing in the morning and lay awake completely spent and think there can’t possibly be anything wrong with the world? Do you whisper silly songs by her ear and think of her every time you find something beautiful? Do you turn off the phone and stay away from the TV and ignore the doorbell on Sunday because it is a day of worship and your bed is your altar?

I hope you know how lucky you are to love and be loved.
